Wendy Morodomi is an Associate Attorney practicing law with the Calone & Harrel Law Group, LLP. Ms. Morodomi is licensed to practice in California and Michigan. She has been designated by the State Bar of California as a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Ms. Morodomi earned her J.D. from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation with honors from Golden Gate University.
Ms. Morodomi has been practicing since June 2004. Her practice focuses on comprehensive estate planning, trust and probate administrations, gift and estate tax planning, and business organization and succession planning. Wendy also counsels clients on a broad range of fiduciary issues. Wendy has experience representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex trust and estate administration matters, including trustee and executor removal and surcharge litigation, will and trust contests, and objections to accountings.
In addition, Wendy has been a featured speaker at continuing education seminars on a variety of estate planning and tax topics and has co-authored an article in the California Trust and Estates Quarterly.
